Before joining the Winsoft team, Colette spent 15 years in the world of sales, initially as an export sales manager, and later transitioning into account and business development, spanning from small and medium-sized enterprises to international corporations, both in France and overseas.
The international exposure of Winsoft was the main driving force behind her decision to join the company.
As a Sales assistant and administrator, she assists the team and manages a portfolio of customers. Her role involves diving into the specific needs, backgrounds and industries of the clients to tailor the offer for their unique needs, rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach. Thanks to her ability for active listening, quick needs assessment, and convincing skills, she can foster customer care and relationships.
Multitasking is both her favorite and the most challenging part of her job but she thrives in a caring and vibrant work environment that fosters creativity and out-of-the-box thinking, aligning perfectly with her own spirit.
