The customer’s objective?

Replicate their existing order management solution on Claris FileMaker to support their rapidly growing e-commerce business.
Their main goal was to move to a more robust platform that could be customized easily to match their specific workflows and evolving business needs, ensuring long-term reliability and scalability as their order volumes increased.

The result?

By implementing the JTPL-Shopify Order Processor, the client now manages their e-commerce orders easily. The solution instantly downloads orders from Shopify, flags them for manual approval when needed, and sends bulk emails to customers if shipping information is missing.
It also imports shipment details, uploads tracking information back to Shopify automatically, and handles payment captures and refunds without manual effort.

After two generations of successfully running their business, the third generation wanted to modernise operations to support rapid growth and meet rising consumer demands. They were managing inventory manually on paper and then on Excel, which was no longer sufficient.

Their goals were to shift to a paperless environment, replace manual accounting with a software-based system, manage both wholesale and retail operations from a single stock source, and have real-time reports accessible from anywhere. They needed a custom solution designed specifically for their business needs to stay ahead in a competitive market.

The result?

Developed a complete solution including an Inventory Management System to automate daily tasks and manage multiple warehouses. The Accounting Management System provided accurate bookkeeping, a multi-level chart of accounts, remote access, and secure user roles.

Additionally, the Point of Sale System, and integrated with their accounting and inventory systems, enabled them to manage multi-store and multi-terminal operations easily.
