Customer Experience

A business unit dedicated to Customer Experience, which publishes a customer experience management software under the name Vocaza.

Vocaza is a French leader in Customer Experience management software. Thanks to a strong know-how and expertise in software development, Vocaza publishes its own cloud-based software solution and guides companies through each step of their CX projects: from collecting data (VOC), to analysing it and improving the global customer satisfaction and workforce engagement.
